Beverage Client – Festive In-Line Project

BRIEF

Client wanted to win over competitors in MT channel during the TET month, by improving in-store stocks & shoppers’ engagements. The main focus was to deploy Male Merchandisers (MM) and PG in the MT outlets, to facilitate sales growth and achievement of the following KPIs:

  1. Staff Attendance (by shift)
  2. Execution Quality: Uniform Compliance, Proper Execution, Right Attitude, and Merchandising Compliance
  3. Sales Target Achievement

The strategy was deployed in Retail Chains in South of Vietnam.

APPROACH

  • Leveraged our strong local people networks to recruit +400 staffs within 2 weeks of the high demand for human resources period
  • Tracked all activities via integrated system that utilizes technology and supervisors, to ensure timely project monitoring and staff management
  • Encouraged strong collaboration and assertive communication between Sales force and retailers, to permit real-time problem solving and maximize stakeholders’ satisfaction
