- Signify has engaged Smollan in lieu of Signify business expansion plan to reactivate/penetrate to new outlet in provision channel.

- A dedicated sales team is formed to cover total Malaysia including East Malaysia.
- Survey will be conducted via SMART system to understand Philips in lighting industry coverage.
- Identified right market and segment to increase penetration into untapped market.

RESULTS
- Signify MTD sales continue to growth from March’19, 50% to Aug’19, 100% achievement.
- 85% YTD sales achievement vs sales target.
- YTD no of new reach & reactivated retailers’ achievement close to 72%.
- Growth of 11% in mid of May’19 from its investment.
