We are elated to announce that the Smollan Customer Interaction Centre has been recognised as the best Contact Centre across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at the ’13th Annual’ Contact Centre World Awards, held in Berlin on May 11th, 2018.

Contact Centre World is The Global Association for Contact Centre & Customer Engagement Best Practices. Their mission is to provide world class research, conferences, awards, networking opportunities and information on best practices in the contact centre industry. Every year the association hosts a prestigious event and awards ceremony, completely independent and widespread across leading experts around the globe that recognises talent and best practice. As a result, any high-performance Contact Centre seeks a membership from this association to ensure that they are industry forerunners.
Smollan Technology decided to enter as a participant this year, amongst 1500 others across 50 countries. Three months after the submission of the entry, Smollan were announced as Regional winners in South Africa and invited to Berlin to present against the other top-ranking businesses. The Judges comprised of industry leaders from across the globe, who recognised Smollan as amongst the best in SA. Smollan further went on to compete against the SA businesses and numerous others across EMEA, until Smollan were awarded with the title as the Best Contact Centre across EMEA.
This is an incredible accolade for Smollan and we are exceptionally humbled to have received an award of this stature.
