Smollan Customer Interaction Centre announced as the best contact centre across EMEA at the Contact Centre World Awards

We are elated to announce that the Smollan Customer Interaction Centre has been recognised as the best Contact Centre across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at the 14th Annual Contact Centre World Awards.

Contact Centre World is The Global Association for Contact Centre & Customer Engagement Best Practices.
