Drive Trial of the new improved taste of a top coffee creamer product at various Taxi ranks and Train stations across South Africa. A total sampling target of 190 000 sachets over the promotional period was set.
Recruited and trained 88 promoters with a required 80% pass rate on assessments of product knowledge and consultative selling
Conducted 3-day training sessions for promoters, combining both commuter activation and in-store training
Promoters received specialised Health & Safety training to align with client requirements
Implemented security teams to assist with crowd-control at target locations
