A leading pharmaceutical company needed to launch a new over the counter product. We were required to:
- Build brand awareness around a cosmetics campaign being run by a leading beauty products brand using brand ambassadors with cosmetics experience
- The objective was to entice customers to enter the competition, showcase product features and drive sales through offering make overs in store
APPROACH
- Implemented a project plan to manage deadlines for the 6 week campaign
- Provided national training with Client product trainers
- Rigorous recruitment criteria to meet brand brief
- Provided Hollywood kits to all promoters to conduct makeovers in all 11 stores
- Implemented a rotational store list to ensure maximum coverage
RESULTS
- 2389 customer interactions
- 330 hours activated
- 1174 Make overs completed
- 4638 products sold over the 6 month period
- 191% growth in sales from the previous month
