Smollan awarded a record number of Diamond awards in the PMR.africa awards
Smollan was announced as the recipient of seven PMR.africa awards, six of which are prestigious Diamond awards for Sales and Merchandising. Not only have we been the recipient of the Diamond award for over 8 years running, but have this year been awarded a record number of Diamond awards across the business!
The PMR.africa awards are a platform to celebrate and acknowledge excellence within the FMCG industry. Smollan was assessed by a random national sample of 200 FMCG retailers/store managers. The respondents rate the companies on attributes such as effectiveness in implementing promotions; communicating appropriately with retailers; professionalism; reputation of service delivery and accountability to name a few.
