This year’s All Star Awards theme was based on “The world awaits”… Over 1150 people from more than 10 countries came together to celebrate those that make it happen every day. A total of 695 years of collective service were celebrated this year with those who have dedicated 20 – 35 years of service with our business.

At this year’s All Star Awards, Smollan also announced Leaders Developing Leaders, an exciting new platform to watch, read and listen to inspired purpose driven leadership moments:
