Smollan receives top honours at the W&R SETA good practice awards!
We are proud to announce that Smollan has won 1st prize for the Provisional Training provider category at the 2nd Annual W&R SETA Good Practice Awards held in Johannesburg on 28 June 2016. Smollan were also one of 6 finalists for the Super Large Companies Category and Mmatau Morekhure, Regional Hub Manager at Smollan, was awarded the prestigious Special Learner Award.
The W&R SETA Good practice awards recognise all stakeholders who have made a remarkable contribution to skills development in the Wholesale and Retail Sector. The awards are aimed at encouraging alignment of learning and development initiatives to business objectives including innovative business concepts, growth, management of skills, corporate social responsibility, leadership, development of future leaders and continuous improvement.
